Our internet is unreliable at a remote site. Can you fix that?
We cannot change what a carrier has built in a given county, but we can design around it. That usually means a second connection from a different provider or a cellular backup, with SD-WAN steering traffic to whatever is working so a poor circuit stops being a full outage.
Do we have to replace all of our existing equipment?
Not usually. Anything still supported and appropriately sized we keep and bring under management. We replace what is past end of support, undersized for current use, or a security liability, and we sequence purchases so the budget is not consumed in one quarter.
Who deals with the ISP when a circuit goes down?
We do. We hold the account details, open the ticket, provide the diagnostics carriers ask for, and stay on escalation. Your team should be running the business, not repeating line tests to a support representative.
Can you cover Wi-Fi in a warehouse or a yard?
Yes. Coverage in metal buildings, cold storage, and outdoor yards behaves nothing like an office, so it needs a survey and hardware chosen for the environment. We plan it around where scanners, tablets, and rugged devices are actually used.
