Walk the space with the plans
We visit the suite with your space plan in hand, look at the pathways, the ceiling, the electrical rooms, and the proposed data closet, and identify the constraints the drawings never show. Building management rules get confirmed at this stage, not later.
Design and schedule against the build
The cabling design, materials list, and circuit orders are locked to the construction schedule. Carrier lead times drive the order date, because the internet circuit is the item most likely to hold up an occupancy date.
Install through rough-in and trim
Cable is pulled before the ceiling closes and terminated at trim out, with the rack built and tested ahead of move weekend. We are on site for the inspections and coordinate directly with the other trades.
Cut over and document
Equipment moves, everything gets verified live, and we are present the first business morning in the new space. You receive as-built drawings, test results, labeling records, and warranty information.

Common Questions
How early should we call you in a buildout?
As soon as you have a signed letter of intent or a space plan, ideally before the contractor is selected. The decisions that cause the most pain later, such as where the data room sits and when the circuit is ordered, are made very early. Coming in after ceilings are closed means opening them again.
Our contractor says they can pull the cable. Why use a separate firm?
Many contractors can pull cable competently, and some cannot terminate or certify it. The issues we are usually called to fix are untested runs, missing labeling, and a data room designed with no thought for power or heat. If your contractor does this work well, we are happy to design and inspect rather than install.
What is realistic for getting an internet circuit into a Town Center or Hughes Landing suite?
It depends entirely on what already serves the building. A tower with existing fiber and a provider on site can be quick, while a building that needs new construction to the demarcation point can take months. We confirm with the carriers during design so the answer is known while the schedule can still absorb it.
We are relocating, not building new. Is this the same work?
Mostly, with the added complication that the old space has to keep running until the last day. We plan the overlap, sequence the equipment move around your business hours, and handle the number and circuit transitions. Relocations usually turn on the cutover plan more than on the cabling itself.
Will you handle cameras, door access, and conference room displays too?
We run the cabling and network for them and coordinate with your security or audio visual vendor on placement and requirements. Getting the pathways and power right during construction is the part that cannot be redone cheaply afterward. Scope and pricing are agreed on a discovery call.
