Do we have to license everyone at once?
No, and we recommend against it. Copilot licences are usually bought in waves that follow demonstrated use, starting with the document-heavy roles. Buying company-wide before a pilot is the most common way organizations end up paying for capability nobody adopted.
We are a medical practice. Can clinical staff use Copilot?
Microsoft 365 services are commonly covered under a business associate agreement, but coverage depends on your specific agreement and the workloads involved, and clinical documentation tools are a separate product decision. We confirm what your agreement actually covers before any clinical use, and we set boundaries for staff in writing. That work pairs naturally with an acceptable-use policy.
Our IT is handled by another provider. Can you still run the rollout?
