We already pay for Microsoft Defender. What does MDR add?
The license gives you sensors and a console. MDR adds deployment, tuning, and the people who read the output and act on it. Most environments we assess have Defender only partly rolled out, policies left at their defaults, and alerts routed to a mailbox nobody monitors.
How quickly can you contain something?
We will not sell you a stopwatch number, because real containment time depends on what the attacker did and where they got. What we commit to is authority agreed in advance, so containment does not wait on a decision meeting, and a monitored queue so an alert at two in the morning is worked at two in the morning.
Will the agents slow down our engineering workstations?

Where do our logs live and who can see them?
Telemetry stays in your own Microsoft or vendor tenant wherever the platform allows it, so the data belongs to your company and stays with you if we ever part ways. Access is limited to the analysts assigned to your environment, and we will document that arrangement for your attorney or your customer's auditor.
